Enter the total Peak usage here; it can also be named as Anytime usage. Sometimes, it may be divided into different levels, in such cases all you need to do is total the entire usage and enter here. Please note, you should enter your usage in this tab if your bill only has peak usage in the usage type, if any other usage type like off-peak or controlled load reflects on your bill then use the appropriate meter type tab.
If your bill has controlled load too then you need to select and enter usage in the ‘PEAK & CONTROLLED LOAD’ meter type. For Peak and Off Peak usage along with controlled load 1 & 2 you need to enter the details in the ‘TIME OF USAGE’ meter type tab.

Enter the usage from your bill here If you see Controlled Load charges there, this means you have Dual Rate Meter Type,hence you need to enter your usage consumption of Peak total (in case of different levels of peak usage also show as peak step1, step2 in certain cases) and Controlled Load (Also Know as Dedicated Circuit/Load and Tariff 31 (CL1) & Tariff 33 (CL2) in QLD.
You may have controlled load if you use electric hot water or slab heating, usually your retailer charges a different rate for controlled load. If your bill only has peak usage then use the ‘PEAK’ meter type else if it shows Peak and Off Peak then use the ‘TIME OF USAGE’ meter type. If there is controlled load 2 also on the bill then click the check box below and enter the controlled load 2 usage there.

If your bill has Off Peak Usage/Shoulder Usage along with peak or controlled load then enter the total usage in this tab. For peak only use ‘PEAK’ meter type tab and for peak and controlled load use the ‘PEAK & CONTROLLED LOAD” meter type tab. If there is controlled load 2 also on the bill then click the check box below and enter the controlled load 2 usage there. You are charged a different rate during different times of the day under this type of meter.
