Simply sign up for one or more eligible utility services—Electricity, Gas, Internet, Mobile, or Solar—through Econnex. Once your switch is confirmed and you stay connected for at least 45 days (for Energy, Internet, and Mobile), or your solar panel is installed (for Solar), your KrisFlyer miles will be credited to your account within 90 to 120 days.

Yes, you can redeem the offer for each property you own using the same KrisFlyer membership, as long as each utility connection is completed and meets the eligibility criteria. Please note, miles can only be redeemed once every 6 months per property.

To receive your miles, the KrisFlyer membership name and number must match exactly with the details on your application. Invalid or mismatched information may void your eligibility.

• The connection is cancelled within 45 days
